Solar activity from 12 May

Finally some clear spells here in Scotland. Please find attached images from the 12 May. A bit behind on processing. Interesting changes in the proms on the H-alpha disks between 09:36 and 14:23.

The scopes used are:

WO110 with Baader Herschel Wedge

WO110 with Baader CaK filter

PST CaK

Lunt60 double stacked

Imaged with a Skynyx 2.1

Cheers! I had a decent session this afternoon as well (data still to crunch) although the seeing was deteriorating. How stable was it at 8pm?

Those are lovely images - It's good to see the full set in different wavelengths. It would also be good to actually see the Sun - been clouded out here for nearly a week!

pretty stable in glasgow last night [white filter ] so got the new sunspot band 's just above /across the equator and a small one starting?[asit has been cloudy for a week i havent seen it b4]at top rhs [its low left on my scope so think it's the reverse afaik.can't get my camera to focus[webcam] so can't get picture's

Thank you all for your kind words. Just crunching through the data from the 19th now... the seeing was not as good as the 12th unfortunately. Watch this space....
