Balance dual mount bar

Is it necessary to balance a dual mount?

I assume it is but couldn't think if a better of putting it.

If I had a 4" scope on one side and a c9.25 how do I balance?

Not got the kit to figure this out practically and just can't get my head around it.

Yes you will need to balance the side by side
