VENUS also from April 26, 2012

Could only grab the IR channel, to much clouds and windy conditions taken in daytime with full sun..

Hi Darryl,

Well actually, the sky really looks dark already in my setup, 2X PM 2" extension...

I just have to lower the gamma a bit, that's all.

It was taken three hours before sunset.

Thanks Freddy - that was my presumption but never having done any daylight imaging I thought I'd ask.....might have to try imaging in the day as Venus is so low in the sky now at sunset that it's never worth imaging due to the appearance onscreen if I target it..!:(

Thanks Darryl, try to do more 'daylight' imaging, quite fun, have ro experiment ith filters more, I do not know ho that ill work itj Saturn or Jupiter, these are quite dimmer then Venus...
