help with tracking

good morning

i need some advice / help please

i have just moved to a new house and have a big problem a 90ft wall in the way of polaris i have a skywatcher 150pl on a eq5 pro goto i have my long and lat set on controler but as i can not polar align is my scope now useless or is there a way i can set it up and still track my targets or not please?:)

Its not usless, people south of the equator don't have a handy star to line up on like we do. If you are just observing, set the altitude on the mount and point it north using a compass, it will get you close enough, if you are imaging, then drift aligning will get you spot on..
