Last night sent a warning to a newish user that the Tapatalk signature he was using contained his address. He knew nothing about it.

As much as the geo-tagging feature of Tapatalk may be useful, it can also be easily turned off in settings. If you don't want people to know pretty much exactly where you are, and where your astro kit may be located, I would recommend disabling this feature.

I posted about this a while ago when I found it. It seems it resets back to location on every update so make sure!

Where about on settings can this be found (can't seem to see anything relating to this on my Android tapatalk...)?

I'm using an iOS device (iphone4) I'm not sure if the geotagging is in android. For me it's in the main settings. Before you log into the forum
