Hi Rowan ( sorry for the delay)

I have looked through a pair I think are the same, they go under the name Garrett® Gemini 20x80 LW Binocular $169.00 ,you would pay 20%VAT plus postage and handling charges by Customs but that is the same from anywhere out side the UK

and hope you have a tripod ,I use a Horizon 8115 from FLO ,I my self like Japanese binoculars as you can see by my signture I use the Opticron 15x80 but 20x80 are also very good or even 25x100

If you are buying from the EU then you do not pay VAT, or customs charges. You will pay the price that TE state and the postage.

If you buy from outside of the EU then you do pay the other bits.
