DST?

Apologies if this is covered elswhere but I forget, as the clocks changed do you now say 'yes' to DST for Synscan goto or 'no' but entering the new correct time?

GMT and DST and BST together with adding or subtracting the +1 gets confusing even after a year and a half of using goto. Might just get a EQ mount and learn to use it!

The time entered is the current time and enter Yes to DST.

If you don't use the GoTo you don't need to bother with the time, location ect just turn on the hand set and click the "Solar Option" for tracking.....

Thanks ppl,

I have seen the tracking settings and to be honest use goto (mostly) for tracking anyway. So what does the tracking (sidereal/solar/lunar) mean exactly? Can I use it without star aligning?
