Good spiral Galaxy

Hey guys, can anyone suggest some good spiral galaxies that are pretty easy to image?

M51 and M101 are a bit of a no go area for me at the moment, mount clashes with camera.....

The other thing i am interested in are things like the needle galaxy, is this a suitable target for unguided imaging limited to 60sec subs

Look up the messier catalog. Theres plenty of galaxies in their that you can get. And to make sure that they are in the right position look them up in stellarium first.

There's a ton of stuff in the Leo/Coma Berenices/Virgo area - The Leo Triplet is a good starter, and have a look for Makarian's Chain among loads of others.

Sombrero galaxy is very bright although a bit low altitude from the UK

M104 is my fave DSO....ever. So i am awaiting that to come up!

I have had a go at the Leo Triplet, and will get some more data on it at some point, i think ill top up IC405 this evening along with NGC4565, any tips on this object?
