First time trying to image using 8SE+Canon.

NGC 2362 - first time on this fine open cluster in CMa - brightest stars have horrible fuzzy edges

M46 (& NGC 2438) - an old favourite of mine - very pleased with how well NGC 2438 comes out at f10.

Stacked and basic processing done in DSS.

All in all, encouraged to continue trying to image with this combo.
