Bought first scope today, exciting stuff.

Got dew shield too. Do I need anything else ?

Also FLO pointed me to this but which one ?

You were very worried about making the right purchase but let me assure you the 4SE is a real performer onplanets and the moon.

I guess it all depends on the use you will do of your scope.

If I'm not wrong a 10A Power Supply will last MUCH longer then a 3A. So the choice is yours depending on your budget and requirements. I'd go for the 10A.

If your new 4se is anything like 127 SLT then they should be pointing you in the direction of this:

Then FLO keep the power cables that go with them.

The 4SE only comes with one EP - a 25mm e-lux plossl, which is quite nice. You will need a couple of extra EPs for viewing planets. I use a 9mm and 6mm TS Planetary HR.

Are these jumpstart packs safe with the 4SE, I'm a bit worried about using one but I do want to move off batteries. Aren't they too high powered ?
