Focus on heritage 130p

Asking on behalf of a friend.

Who has the above scope but he is unable to focus when he has webcam or barlowx2 in. When he does lunar imaging he move the extension tube down so he is able to focus but now he has a Barlow that would kind of defeat the object.

Not having owned one of these I'm stuck for what do advise him.

Any advice ?

This where the Flextube comes in handy !

Tell your mate to move the Secondary mirror back towards the Primary by about an inch. I've found this works for me.

Or is that what you mean by moving the extension tube ??

Yeah sorry that's what I meant. It just seems to be self defeating so we were worried that we'd missed something. So it sounds like we haven't thanks for confirming.
