What is the best filter for viewing dso's?

The eyepiece focal lengths seem a bit strange - 40mm is near useless, I have found. For the price, I'd save a few quid and try the Revelation/GSO one for £125 - it has the same in, but better range of focal lengths, in my opinion.

for DSO you need a UHC filter, or a OIII filter. I'm sure people will advise on the best brand to get.

The 40mm will produce a 8.5mm exit pupil which will be a bit large, and plossls under 10mm have very short eye relief.

The filters in that accessories kit are not suitable for dso

The UHC and OIII filters are for viewing nebula only, not any good for other DSO's, I have found that the Sky Watcher ones, sold by FLO are pretty good.
