M106 & Leo triplet

Heres a late night quick process whilst I warm up over a cup of coffee.

Managed to get 12 x 10min subs tonight on M106 & NGC4217 and then 3 x 10 mins on Leo triplet.

Overcooked the stretch a bit on these i think. Time to call it a day and rework these and a rosette tomorrow.

A well earned coffee i say, 2 super images well worth the late night. I particularly like the leo triplet image the detail in ngc3628 is just superb for only 3x10minute subs

You had me going there Nick. My first thought was " Oh no - the light from the logo on the back of the Macbook has been picked up by the camera"

Then i realised what you meant ... Phew

You have real quality there but not many subs. More would make a huge difference.

Many thanks for the kind comments. Attached are the same images but with processing done with nebulocity and gimp ( and also not at 3-30 in the morning!!) Not sure what is causing the flaring on some of the brighter starts though.

Power supply for the camera has arrived today so I won't be dependent on batteries anymore. So can up my number of subs and darks from now on!!!
