2 ISS passes in one day ..........

We had 2 visable ISS passes today.

First pic taken from home, 2 & 3 taken from the dark site (Central Midlands Stargazers club).

Thanks for looking - any comments on how to improve these ?

They were done with my 50mm lens (F1.8 - at the dark site).

There are often 2 passes, normally one is visible for longer than the other.

Go to Heavens above, sign in and enter your co-ordinates and you willo be able to see the times for the ISS.

Wow you can tell the difference in the locations between the shot taken in your back garden and the others, good to see you the other night.

I'm not much of an imager myself but I guess you could take a look at the photography section for a few tips. One day I may try out my Canon 40D for astrophotography it seems a shame to waste it on just day shots! I have taken a couple of things in the past but nothing worth posting yet (I'm a perfectionist).

Those in my back garden have masses of light pollution but got one shot of it passing over in the Sahara last November.
