M1 colour ed120

Not a huge amount of opportunity for imaging lately but always wanted to get some detail in the crab. Best so far for me. Quite a small object.

Scope was an ed120 with dmk21 at prime focus

Very nice - a good use for a DMK. What was the sub length?

Very nice shot! Great detail! And it is in deed a very small object! All the pictures on the forum are quite deceiving lol I tried the other night thinking it was a lot bigger. The picture is of M1 at 300mm and the little gray smudge is M1.

Very nice result, lots of details in nebula. I am also interested about sub length and amount of subs.

Thanks for the cooments. The subs were all 300 sec at f7.5 (prime focus). There were 14 subs from memory . Regards , Trevor
