I have the non ed version (achro) and might be tempted, but some of them were astygmatic as I understand.

Knowing the bay, it will go for silly money and bearing in mind a new Ikharos 80 from Ian King is only 295 squid, buyer beware.

It's UK only so of no use to me. Toying with the possibility of a guide scope, and self-contained autoguider but that'll be a while off before I'll get down that route.

Mine, mine, mine......

Took a punt and left a bid. Got it for £225 plus postage. This will replace my current revelation 80 achro nicely. Did some research and this one has an fpl53 doublet, which normally commands a much higher price if branded WO or Skywatcher, so could be good.

If the build quality is as good as my current achro, it will be sweet.

It arrived today. Will post a review in the members equipment section, as there is little on the net about these scopes.
