Tony, that's pretty good for a first go... It's a bit overexposed, but the focus looks good. I can't get at the EXIF data for some reason so I can't see the shot settings. With your 80ED, use ISO100, and probably about 1/125s to 1/200s for the gibbous phases... that's assuming native focal length and you're not doubling it.

That's a very good moon shot (1st go or not), it's a little overexposed as John says but very sharp. I hope you don't mind my tweak in photoshop.
