Managed to get the scope out for a look tonight, mainly trying for the E and F stars in the trapezium, really dont think my home location is going to allow me to pull this of, however the M42 neb was really crisp tonight, i am trying some EP`s out (review due soonish)

I managed to bag M48 at the top of hydra for the first time tonight, so pleased about that, it is a really nice open cluster in the 100mm f10 with an 18mm ep

Bit rubbish in comparison but I saw Jupiter and its moons with my 150p with my first ever proper stargazing session, which I'm pretty chuffed about.

Saw 2 Shooting stars too.

not rubbish Foys, i dont usually do deep sky stuff, i much prefer lunar/planets, to be honest im rubbish at finding dso`s and will sell my 6" frac sooner than later
