cpc100 crayford focusser advice

I have a cpc1100 and am looking to upgrade the factory fitted focusser any advice ! One thing to point out is that the thread on the sct adaptor and the 2" diagonal have been slightly cross threaded they will still mate but not as they should. Is there an option that will thread directly on to the back of the 3" thread on the tube assembly.
