Delivery times

With the Brain Cox affect in full flow delivery times for large/heavy Skywatcher products like the NEQ6 PRO mount or the larger Dobsonians are around 2-3 working days, occasionally longer.

This is because we tend to drop-ship (delivered direct from the importer to the customer) items that are unusually large, heavy or supplied packed in multiple boxes. The items only need make one journey, it reduces delivery charges and frees up space to store smaller items.

Other products and brands, regardless of size and weight, are normally in stock here at our units so can be dispatched direct to customers for delivery next-day. We can also arrange delivery on a specific week-day if you give us 2-3 days notice. And we can deliver to a work address, if that helps.

Hi Steve.....do you have the ADM dual saddle plate adapter for the HEQ5 yet?

I'm wondering if I'll have it for Saturday or if plan B needs to be initiated!!

Thanks Steve....my alternative is to bolt a skywatcher dovetail onto the Losmandy one that's already on the scope....not keen on the idea though...lots of flex possibility.

I literally just this second ordered a 200p dob + cheshire, what day do you reckon it'l get to me? I have mon and tuesday off work anyways, what are my chances?

I think they are in stock at our unit (I am posting from home) but will check when we reopen Monday. There is a pretty good chance we can dispatch Monday for Tuesday. I'll contact you Monday to confirm
