A very nice image! Stacking multiple frames after removing noise and other unwanted stuff by subtracting darks, bias, flat frames will bring out more detail and contrast. Focus is also important.

Before getting into darks, flats and bias frame subtraction, I would recommend taking as many frames as you can bear (over 15) and use the default settings in Registax to align, limit and stack frames before playing with the Wavelet sliders to bring out the detail that is in there somewhere. See what you get and then you can lose your mind and spend hours on the other stuff and tweak this and tweak that setting to improve the result by just a little bit more.

You have embarked on a journey that will bring much frustration, but also much reward. You will also read the internet from front to back twice. Good luck and enjoy. A very good start though :-)
