  1. Well the cloud has rolled over Manchester today (shock) so won't be getting anymore shots today. Alexandra, David thanks for the kind words.
  2. BTW the image was taken with my mak127 using solar continuum and IR block filters.
  3. Thanks Steve. It was a bigger task the anticipated with a 2 year old and a dog running riot. Going to try for some more tomorrow.
  4. This is my first attempt on the sun and although not as good as most in this section of SGL I'm pretty chuffed.
  5. Have you tried an IR filter for the DBK?
  6. I would hope so for that money. I cant imagine spending just over £18000 on a camera only to find out its not the be all and end all.
  7. Cant imagine anyone buying one in the first place. Having said that wish i had more money than sense.
