Help!!

Any ideas what is causing the 2 vertical areas in this image?

Ive stacked it with and with out calibration files and they are still there, but I cant see them on a single sub?

The calibration files are the same I have used on other images and it doesnt show on them.

Any ideas anyone?

what did you use to calibrate and stack with?

DSS, but I've stacked the same set in Nebulosity and get the same result....it must be on the individual subs, but i dont know whats causing it.

humm it does look odd, check each sub to see if its in one of them, I had some lines showing up on an image due to bias not been calibrated correctly.

Ive calibrated them using just darks, just flats, combinations of both, with and without bias, and still get the same result. I shot another 3 hours worth last night and its still there, but I did some new flats as well...it doesnt show in the flats!!! Perhaps its ment to be there?
