Bubble with an achro

Used an f6.3 redfucer on a SW 150mm achro and Ha filter. Camera was a 314L. Pleased with the detail. Added some colour from a previous image using registar. Regards , Trevor

I am guessing you are using the f8 version of the Evostar-150.

It is interesting to see you using an achromat refractor for narrowband imaging. The chromatic abberation should not be visible through a Ha filter so I am thinking the f5 Skywatcher Startravel-120 might make a good, fast and affordable choice for narrowband imaging. Your results are certainly encouraging so I think I'll try it someday. Hopefully the field curvature won't prove to be a problem with the small Sony 285 sensor.
