hi all managed a hour in between the clouds we had a burst of rain ,the clouds cleared and i got about 1 hour for both i used a 32mm ep.6mm .also the 12" reflector and a filter with m33 i did see the galaxy as a smudge at times and some times not i was more after the stars also i managed a 45sec iso400 18mm lens on the 10d .i got the shot pleiades and jupiter

Nice widefield image + sketch combination - very varied evening!

Good job on M33 - I find this a really tricky galaxy being so large. I've seen it a few times, but sometimes it's just not there!

we had a great clear night once the rain cleared it was a hour of bliss,i think i have seen it just the twice from the back garden.but at my dark site its a bit easier
