blowing an absolute gale out there at the moment, but no clouds to speek of so i lugged the kit outside to take some shots of the harvest moon.

1/800th iso100 and a few tweeks of saturation and im really pleased with the result

single frame raw file, have 30 others but having no luck using registax to stack them (hints?)

anyway even with dreadfull seeing im chuffed!

A suggestion.

1) Duplicate a layer

2) Desaturate duplicated layer

3) High pass filter desaturated layer

4) Put high pass fitler layer above the colour image

5) Change mode of high pass filter to Overlay

That makes it much shaper.

I used GIMP 2.6 to do it.
