You can use the Tiny URL website to shrink URL's:

TinyURL.com - shorten that long URL into a tiny URL

That's currently a good price for a nice 10" dobsonian. If it stays there it would be a great buy but we all know what can happen in the last minutes / seconds of an E.Bay auction

Problem with TinyURL being that you can't be sure what you're actually clicking on - it's easy for people to troll with it. Plus it's harder to go through that than to just copy and paste, 'URL shrinkers' are only really worth it when you have limited characters (eg. twitter/SMS).
