Just picked up a little scope, has gone to a new member of the local astro society here.

Came with the expected ep's but had a bonus of a home made solar filter.

He is very pleased with it, shame we have no clear skies to test it out, to be expected I suppose.

thanks Spaceboy, had a test of it on sunday night along with my 925 and a 12 dob, the Meade held up well on the Moon and did an ok job with Jupiter, mind you it did have my 9mm Nagler on board...the owner now wants some better quality ep's and I'm afraid to say another telescope already!

Probably down to him looking at the same objects as well as a few others with the dob and sct.
