This Youtube video covers the 2nd stage of assembling an Orion (USA) XT8 dobsonian which is very similar in size and has the same optics in it, as the Skyliner 200P:

This is a good example of what you will see through an 8" dob

while the video is slightly over exposed so details are difficult to make out you would be able to visually see some cloud detail and shadows from the rings on Saturn but the size is realistic of what can be seen through the eyepiece. This video also gives you an idea of what it is like to track planets at high power using a dob. Modifications can be made to smooth the AZ movement but you will always have to manually track an object unless you purchase or build and EQ platform.
