William Optics Field Flattener v2

Hello SGL Community,

Can anyone give me some advice as to where to find such an item? I know they're like gold dust, but I really feel I could do with one for my ZS 66. If anyone has stumbled across a site that stocks them, please let me know, it will be much appreciated.

You will only find them second hand now.

They sell VERY quickly in my experience!

Sorry as stuart said second hand... I got mine a couple of months ago and bought it almost as soon as it was posted on the site.... There were many in the que waiting for my sale to fall through.... Good luck though

Took me a 6 months to find one.

Have you checked the suppliers such as FLO and Modern.

Believe it or not, i searched everywhere and FLO had one for sale until I bit thier hand off for it.

They do fetch a good price even second hand, almost new prices if not sometimes more.

Is there no alternative for this flattener as finding them is like trying to find rocking horse poop

I have a C80ED and from what I've read this is the only option that works well with the scope

How about a Televue TRF2008, its range is 380mm - 600mm focal lengths scopes. Thats what im using with my GT81.

I use the Televue as well. No more expensive second hand than the rarer WO and works on all refractors within the specified focal lengths.

That's probably your best bet.
