Does anyone use a starGPS with there GOTO?

Been looking at these on the net to use with my EQ5, seems lazy i know but i have a few dark sites and want to get the set up as correct as possible, sometimes my GOTO is spot on but most of the time seems a little out, i think this is due to my lat/long and time inputs, so this should sort this out.

These are cheaper then the Skywatcher GPS, but not a lot

also thinking of a cheap hand held GPS

I use my Sat nav.

I thought of that but my old TomTom (i think it was the first ever made!) takes so long to get a signal it would be morning by the time i get the info.

Maybe a handheld, pick one up on the bay for about £30

or use your phone if it has GPS?

I find it easy to drive and park any place with the sat nav to give me the location. Have you connected it to your computer yet, thats great fun. Just waiting for my Wifi module to arrive so I can do away with the serial cable. Dave we will have to get together one night, unable to make the valley meet on the 27th.

Yeah we should get together, i'm sure we can have more Valley meets......dont forget the sat nav lol
