peteftm
Hi i tried my new cls clip LPF out last night and took a sries of subs using my 50mm nifty fifty lens.I've stacked them in deep sky stacker and this is the final image.I'm not sure how to get the best out of this image so if anyone can have a play with it your more than welcome I'm sure theres some decent data hiding in there somewhere!Canon 1000D with cls LPFISO 80013x120 s
AndyUK
Hi Pete - I'm sure someone will be along with a better version than this, but here's my crack at it. All I did was remove the gradient and apply a couple of very simple level/curve adjustments... You've got a lot of stars there... and very good focus (I'm cr*p at focusing my nifty fifty!) AndyUK
Hi Peter - Thanks (but wait until the next person comes along...!)I use Gradient Xterminator - Okay, it's not free, but it works really well. For DSO images, I also use DBE in Pixinsight LE to get rid of gradients (and that's REALLY good!)(Sadly I seem to be cr*p at using liveview as well... . I guess practice makes perfect!)
