"invisible" stars?

I was listening to a podcast, and it got me thinking, have they found stars that only emit light in something that we can't see in our eyes? I mean like infared, or x ray light or something?

All stars give off light throughout the entire spectrum - so there are none which are "invisible" to us.

There are of course ones we cannon see as they are too dim or hidden behind gas/dust rendering them invisible from out location on earth.

There's quite a lot that cannot be seen, even at ordinary, visible wavelengths. The number of stars is still somewhat uncertain and can change...

However, even a dramatic increases on the ~4% "normal" matter in e.g. stars, cannot account for the need for ~23% dark matter, ~73% dark energy etc. :D
