This might be a daft question but have you got the driver for it ??

The Toucam Pro II (840k) requires reflashing with the SPC900 firmware to make it usable on Vista and Win 7 computers. This link shows how to do it. The webcam will now appear to computer to be a SPC900 and will install the Philips SPC900 drivers (download the drivers from the Philips website)

ps this requires a computer running XP

pps This link gives instructions on how to manually load the drivers on Vista. (I give no guarantees that it will work)
