Baader Steeltrack for a C80ED

Hi all

Just wondering if it's possible to use this focuser on a c80ed

I have the adapter from agena astro so it can take a 86mm flange

From what can find out the baader has a flange of 72mm but TS Express sell various adapters for it namely this one

Anyone think that this would work ??

Well I spoke to helmut at TS express who feels that it will work with the adapter they sell for the baader + my agena astro adapter

So I have ordered the adapter from TS and bought a s/h baader steeltrack. Bit of a punt really as I'm not 100% it's going to work but if it doesn't I guess I can just resell the baader focuser and I haven't really lost out

It does look the right adapter. A steeltrack on the C80EDR will be very nice indeed.

Let's hope so. Why on earth did they make the c80 with such an odd focuser attachment
