Camera help.

Ok so I have my scope but what I'm really looking to do is bag myself some decent images, the way I see it I have 2 options.

As I am looking at starting off small(ish) by getting some images of the moon.

Option 1 - I have a Kodak easyshare camera and was wondering if could be adapted or modified to be used with my scope.

Option 2 - I have seen web cam mods to fit on to an ep to take short video/images to try and clean up.

My question really is on either of these options, how do I do them?

if you get a digiscope adaptor you can mount your easy share at the eyepiece, a 20mm works well and do some decent lunar images

As for web cams, have a look at the Morgan site

Blimey, they have gone up in price:icon_eek:, anyway, there's loads on here regarding them.

It'll be a nicer fit and the video taken can be stacked in registax

A word of caution, I tried the Kodak easyshare v705 with a Viking digi s'port(universal small).

The camera has over under lens, the lower being the zoom, I couldn't get enough vertical adjustment to match the EP.

Hope this is of use, don't mean to dash your hopes.
