I like fiddling with scopes (despite the stress it sometimes causes) and have "done up" a few which are now owned by club members - and my Dob of course. It's always nice to see it finished and working (hopefully improved but I settle for functional)! Yep, the paint actually stops just outside that photo - the finished photos will be very soft-focus...!
