Help with broken finder

Recommended Posts

Good afternoon

My boys accidentally broke the right angled bit of my skywatcher RA finder...

Its the circular plastic bit with a thread that connects the finder body to the triangular eyepiece end.

Where might I source a replacement. Is there a skywatcher replacement parts contact number or e-mail. Does anyone have this part from an old broken finder?

Any advice welcome!

Mark

No more nails is the stuff or, if you can hold of it (and excuse the profanity, but that is what it is called, seriously) Sticks like faeces (exchange the s word for the f one)!

My apologies to all.

Glad its back together..

Superglue outgasses and will crystallise on any fingerprints moisture etc - its o often used for latent print detection... I wouldnt use it anywhere near optics.. the Optical grades which dont outgas cost a fortune...
