Best meteorite I've ever seen or maybe fireball,lasted at least 5 seconds till it died out went from south east to north east.

The best I've ever seen by far. It looked huge and the chunks breaking off were spectacular

I went in to tell the wife and she was gutted not to have seen it. She was outside 10 minutes earlier as well.

Yes, i saw it too. A really great sight.

A little later in the evening, there was another good one on almost exactly the same path but travelling SE to NE.

The first one was better though

it seems we were the lucky few to have seen this,goes to show that metorites can happen anytime not just when they are pridicted,most time i catch them in corner of my eye but this was straight infront of me to east,great site.
