M3 - at last!

After about an hour of scanning just about every patch of sky between Arcturus and Cor Caroli, and looking up four different methods to find it, I finally managed to see a fuzzy grey blob - M3. The following photo is truly feeble, it was an afocal shot with my compact camera at ISO 400, aperture 3.6 and 3.2" shutter speed. Enhanced in GIMP. I was very pressed for time, so the focus isn't all that great either.

Even though I've observed it a few times now, M3 still needs a bit of searching out for me too.
