Odd satellite behavior

I wonder if someone can confirm what satellite I was looking at last night. Really clear night in Glasgow last night (28th), stepped outside around 11PM and noted a bright flash in Bootes, thought I had glimpsed a metor with averted vision, 10 seconds later it happened again, this time 3 bright flashes around 1st Mag. this continued for approx 10 mins with the object moving very slowly east to West. slowest satellite ive ever witnessed, I followed it with Binos over this period and it moved 20 deg ? over the sky.

Would really like to know what Satellite or space junk it was, the flashes were so bright and rapid as the object tumbled.

I am sure that my wife saw this and I suspect from your description it's a tumbling satellite.
