Dust Bunnies & Reflections

Hi

The other day while I was still ironing out the creases on my PHD problem, i noticed some blobs on my frames (see image), im just wandering are these reflections from the filters/filterwheel or are they just dust bunnies ?

It was a full moon that night, so im just thinking would that have created such reflections.

You might notice them more near full moon because the sky is brighter...
