Hello, Im from Stavanger but my observatory is located in the mountains a few hours away where its really dark. Only problem is the unpredictable weather. I used to live in England for 4 years too and I certainly have happy memories from there

Hello, Trying to figure out why my Luminance come out as black and white blobs (black and white as in 1 and 0) like a mask. But my RGBs come out beautifully. I end up needing to do my Lum manually for it to work. What am I doing wrong ? I cant find any faults in Blink either. Note that I have sorted the issue by changing to Linear Fit Clipping instead of using auto but I am curious why WBPP does this? Anyone have an answer ? Here are the results after WBPP on auto and with some settings. As you can see my RGB and calibration files are nice and clean, just not the LUM. Kind regards Roger

I am looking for a guide curve like this. What settings do you use in EQmod? if you use EQmod that is. Cheers

Hi there, I just started with solar observation for the record (just so I dont come across as an idiot). I was wondering why I am seeing so many black spots ? I know there are black spots on the sun but this is a bit much isn't it? my optics appear to be clean as well. The picture was taken with my phone so you have to excuse the quality here. I use a 12" dobsonian with Baadre ERF filter 70mm aperture with a Daystar Quarts Chromosphere. Cheers guys

Hello folks, I was wondering if anyone could help me out a bit here. I have a Skywatcher EQ8-R Pro mount with EQMOD. I wanted to use Stellarium as its seemed quite straight forward but I am just not able to add syns points to EQMOD. In n other words unable to align with Stellarium. Coordinates are exactly the same in both EQMOD and Stellarium. Here are som screenshots of my settings and as you can see, no sync points are added

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could help me with this. I have an Eagle 3pro in my observatory which I have connected to a router via ethernet cable, from that router I have a 30m long ethernet cable to another router in my house which I would like to use as access point for the eagle computer. Its all set up but I just can't figure out what setting to use for the routers. The Eagle is a normal windows computer which you can run though remote desktop Kind regards Roger
