Hello. Please, suggest a quality AZ mount, light, sturdy and motorizable, with the possibility of double tube mounting. I was saying that it must also be motorized, as well as manual with manual micrometric movements, to chase and shoot the planets. Something therefore that is not the azeq6, which is similar to the AZ100 but cheaper and lighter 8 but no less robust). What alternatives do I have?

so I risk that the AZ100 is too heavy and for fixed location. What motorizable alternative do I have? and as an alternative even without motorization to always remain on quality, elegance, compactness, transportability

Many thanks... wich Fc is this Thanks for the first-hand response. Do these larger sizes discourage you from using it compared to the FC?

Hi. in your opinion, for mere visual purposes (large fields in turret, Sun, Moon, Planets) and imaging (Sun, Moon, Planets), what is the best compromise between diameter (the more the better), size and weight (the less it weighs and the more compact, the better), cost (budget 3000/5000 euros approximately). The refractor will support a 100ED binoculars. i want to have discs with a higher image scale than those offered by the FC100 (and also resolution for imaging planets). Thanks

Problem solved. the 2 "Herschel BAADER Ceramic Prism, greedy for Back Focus, did not make me reach focus with Baader Maxbright II, with my FC100DL, not even with a GPC 1.7x. I therefore decided to shorten the path as much as possible, replacing the takahashi eyepiece holder of my FC100DL, focuser side. This takes away many cm. I therefore had a specific 2 "eyepiece fitting, ULTRASHORT. You can see it here in the picture, screwed directly to the aluminum end of the Takahashi focuser tube. I removed the large 2 "Click Lock from the prism and, using a Baader 1508035 ultrashort fitting, I screwed the turret directly to the prism itself. With two 25mm Ploss TV eyepieces, I focus even if slightly, WITHOUT GPC. It is necessary to play a little with the adjustment of the diopters of the turret to guarantee a minimum margin. Tomorrow, hoping for a cloudless sky, I will try better and with other eyepieces.

White light: Herschel BAADER CERAMIC 2 "prism on FC100DL and SW120ED PRO as soon as possible, units Lunt Calcium and Lunt 80 Chromosphere or Daystar Combo Chromosphere (I still have to decide) Meanwhile, here is the setup ready for imaging and viewing (strictly in the turret) the sun in WL. To mount the turret, directly to the prism, I will remove the Click Lock and use the Baader accessory 1508035, and ensure the shortest path
