Booked the 6th to the 12th Feb. Looking forward to it already 

Arrived home at 5pm and stopped on the way for a bite to eat.

Drove through rain for just over 200miles before the skies cleared and a bit of blue appeared.

There was hell of a lot of standing water on the A75 and I saw 2 accidents around Creetown. 

Many thanks to Derek for running this again and to all that attended to make the event what it is. I have already booked for the spring event so will pop a post on that thread too.

For those that are still on site, good luck for tonight and clear skies 

Morning campers. Heading home today and the weather is a little showery at present.

Nice rainbow drifting over the site with some blue sky making an appearance

Well the clouds have broken and wow

The winds have subsided a little over the last hour so time for the morning camp shots

Morning all the camp has been a busy one for me.

The winds from 5am have been gale force and with all the rain overnight the site is a little soggy to say the least. 

My utility tent has taken a fair beating and one of the guy lines is now attached to the van wheel as the peg wouldn't hold in the ground!! 

The wind has changed direction since so a little respite. 

A cuppa is in order next 😉

Today is a quieter day on the campsite with a few heading home this morning. Safe journey to all those that headed back. 

The weather has finally broken with blustery winds and rain making a pronounced appearance for the first time since I arrived on Thursday.

Hopefully the calm weather will return for the evening and some clear skies will grace us.

After the initial dewey start there is a slight breeze but the dew has gone. Skies are more transparent than last night 

Campsite has filled up a little more during the day and the skies are looking nice and clear.
