If you're a desktop user then a great planetarium is stellarium and you can tune it for your location

Picking up on what the OP mentioned which was goto and not heavy what about the skywatcher star adventurer GTI with a small refractor though there's no mention if the budget is for mount, telescope and camera.

Or an all in one like the ZWO seestar s50, which is mount, telescope,goto, processing and camera in one all in one unit and slightly past budget. I've not seen it or used one.

It's great you can see opportunity to use what you already have to get going.

You don't mention post processing what's been captured.

I could not see a guide telescope mentioned to go with the ASI120MM

If looking to touch as little as possible there's the interesting looking ZWO seestar50 (not yet fully launched I don't think)

Looks a lovely dark sky, can you observe with your back to the lighting?

I caught something East last night/this morning at 3:05am BST bit looks an iridian flare

You can use a red dot finder in the flash hot shoe with an adapter which helps pointing the camera to where you want

I fired mine up tonight just to double check before I posted as I've not had the problem shared on the OP's earlier post. I had previously updated the firmware to EQ version to have choice but for now I'm in altaz mode use but I did change to mounting the OTA on the right hand side and like this the az-gti is behaving as expected for left right up down

I've got mine updated to eq firmware though using in altaz so had to mount the OTA on the right (it had been before on the left with the standard firmware) . Although I'm using the mount with the updated eq firmware I am choosing altaz and for me when I used the left arrow the mount is going left, and up is up etc. 

The mod you did looks to have been very effective, I'm used to seeing similar mottled noise like your starting point.

I'm a fan of the ST80 and it's wide field of view potential can make for some great views such as M44 bees hive cluster

When aligning I use one star alignment and repeat on several different stars to suit what I can see 

I've found my az-gti has a weak WiFi signal in my home if it's a distance from where I'm sat so I have plugged in a synscan dongle into the mount, this works for me and I can place the az-gti outside. The mount works great with the synscan pro app which I use in az mode.

Welcome. If you wear glasses then eyepieces with longer eye relief can be more comfortable. Eye relief is the distance above the eye peice where the eye would be to see the whole image in the eye piece, I like between 16-20 mm when wearing glasses though depending on reason for wearing glasses some can observe with out the glasses.

I thought the camera was the 462 colour on the seestar which is quite sensitive and not too noisy for the exposure lengths used I don't think

What I like about the dongle whilst using my android mobile I can on the same device at the same time use a planetarium connected to the mount to get that view too I use skysafari plus4.

Are you using your device very close to the dongle? Have you tried with your home wifi off?

What scope are you using some by design take longer to cool down, if observing then I just use a lower power eyepieces while the scope cools.

Az-gti, pillar and suitable tripod and battery is good, can get using in az-gti to image just stick within field rotation. I keep it simple with what I'm doing with either onboard camera trigger synscan pro app or an intervolameter

Later can think about expanding such installing the skywatcher eq firmware (voids warranty) get a wedge, cable mentioned above (can still be used in altaz or eq)

Then later still consider asiair or pi or astro camera

What about adding guiding etc.

Though I've not used one but a star tracker would I think work out the box and the az-gti from reading posts isn't always out the box great at imaging it's primarily a visual mount. There are owners threads for both to see more.
