  1. Hi Does any one know if this adapter is EOS to T2 ? https://www.firstlightoptics.com/zwo-accessories/zwo-eos-lens-adapter-for-efw-mini-asi-cooled-cameras.html Cheers
  2. I also had this problem, I think in the end one just turned to mush so I had to get a good grip with a pair of pliers did the trick, the suggestions above seem more delicate
  3. Ahh makes it a bit more awkward ive read that 102mm is correct so pretty much what you have measured. Ts do a 105mm but that might be too big. there has to be some somewhere
  4. You are after something like this http://www.teleskop-express.de/shop/product_info.php/info/p3281_TS-D-90-mm-Telescope-Tube-Rings---CNC---set-2pc-.html You would have to measure the inner diameter of you current rings to see if they would fit, but from memory its similar
  5. You could place an upturned old style black bin over the top of it to protect it from the elements, i left mine out over a year with a motorbike cover wrapped around it, seems to have no ill effects
  6. It shouldn't be too hard to drill the block, your original center bolt probably wont be long enough but you can get a longer one from a DIY store. not sure what mount you are using but if it is a Skywatcher its probable an M10 bolt. What mount are you planning to attach?
  7. the custom commands are a bit fiddly but its free so i wont complain
  8. D4N, nice one it wasnt the jpeg but while i was trying that i realised i had -- objs instead of --objs silly me for not been able see that tiny space thanks a lot though without your suggestion i wouldn't of realised
  9. Hi D4N thanks for the reply, i have tried both tiff and fits. using a ccd they are the 2 options i have i could open them in ps and convert to jpeg but its a bit long winded
  10. Hi i had a go at using AT last night with no luck, Ive tried it a few times to be fair, always have the same issue, image type not recognised. i tried reinstalling all the index files as i believe is mentioned earlier in this thread, this time i added more i think i downloaded about 35gbs wort, still the same issue. im using artimis capture and then loading a file, Ive searched the net and see other people do this without issue. i loaded the test image that failed to work last night into astrometry.net and it managed to solve without much problem. Im stumped on this one, if anyone has any ideas they would be welcome Thanks
