  1. Liking your star trails, never had a go at this when using a fixed tripod, I might have a look in to it myself

    Taken Christmas day after a few to many around 11 pm in between the cloud. This is two single exposures 1 for the moon, and the other for Jupiter then stacked, aligned in Photoshop. Taken with a Canon 60D, through a Sky watched ed 80pro on a Heq5

    3rd attempt at M31

    Thank you both, Stuart, I cant believe this is only my third attempt to, I was very surprised once I started pulling out the detail in Photoshop at how much I managed to get out of the stacked image. This is the first image I have used flats in and it certainly makes a difference in the final picture. Just need to get some shorter exposures for the core detail as it is a bit washed out and try to get some more data to sort out the Signal to noise, maybe a few lessons in Photoshop as well lol

    This is my third attempt at Andromeda Shot using Skywatcher Ed80 pro, Heq5 pro mount, with Canon 60D un-modded and un-guided this is a total exposure of 48 minutes, consisting of 48 lights at 1600iso, at 60seconds, 25 darks, 25 bias, 25 flats stacked in DSS and processed in cs6

    This is my first ever attempt of the great Orion nebula. Taken with a Skywatcher ED80 pro, Canon 60d un-modded, with Backyard Eos. 14 Lights, 15 Darks, 20 Bias all at 60 second exposures at 800iso stacked in DSS, edited in Adobe Photoshop CS6 Extended Was very supprised when the Running man popped up on the screen :)
