      well its a bit of a mixed bag really-andromeda looked better,even a bit of detail in m110 but still struggled with m109 but pretty certain i got it faintly.m78 was pretty faint.m40 was the most pointless messier.m42/m43 looked amazing though but the last time i saw either was through an 8" with light pollution rather than a 12" at a dark site.still not happy with the mirror.think i will gris it and buy a 16" in the summer
