Corvus surprises !

Corvus follows Crater along the southern horizon. It's over town, so not the best of observing. Some surprises in Corvus including ,

Σ1659 a stunning triple caught in a triangle of stars. The delicate C stands out well. Another wider triple at

Σ1604 a wonderful sight at x50 , full of contrast and colour.

β 920 gave a 1.8" wide split. Some superb contrast in

δ Crv, I. Would agree with Haas that it does look like a star with a planet !

Σ 1669 gave a lovely pair of bright twins.

Crater gave several wide doubles.

The group to find is Σ1659 , taking place with my favourite triples,

I never get a good look at these constellations, to many houses and trees...
